I take my kids at least a few times every year. There is a great deal to enjoy so be sure to give yourself plenty of time when planning a visit.

Lots of hiking and parks, but the water services are great! You can take pedal boats out on the river and float around for as long as you want. So fun!

We took our children here when they were younger, and now we love to return even though they're now young adults. Wonderful playground, beautiful lake, great walking paths.

There are many different hikes in this large park. The lake has summer activities. Don't forget to go to Nature's Nook

Winton Woods has several nice walking trails of varying lengths. The shortest one is a loop of between 1 and 1.5 miles. It goes around part of the lake. The park is dog-friendly to a certain degree. Dogs aren't supposed to be in the bathrooms...More

This large park offers something for everyone - camping, lake activities, fabulous walking and hiking trails, Parkie's Farm, picnic areas, and I'm sure I'm missing a few.

The deluxe cabin, with tax, came to approximately $150. It is very nice, with good pans, comfortable beds, etc. A little high, but comfortable.
