Very reasonable entry fee to what is a beautiful space to walk in, with plenty of seats to rest and admire the view. Nicely laid out paths give good access to wheelchairs and baby buggies. The Korean garden is especially interesting. Great place to relax.

What a joy to discover Meadowlark Botanical Garden, hidden on Beulah Road just off busy Route 7, practically joining the Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center. It is an oasis of peace and beauty, with many theme gardens and areas; it is particularly well known for its Potomac Valley collection. This 80 acres was donated to the Northern Virginia parks authority... More

A peaceful park in the middle of town! Beautiful lake and flowers. So pretty and delightful. Go to a local restaurant and then come and sit on a bench in front of the lake in the shade of a tree. Weekdays are my favorite time during the school holidays. Spring is probably best as there is still some breeze. Nice... More

A truly outstanding Botanical Garden. It has every thing you expect from a botanical garden, with one major item that is a must see: A Korean Bell Garden, this alone is worth the trip and your time. Truly a must see...

This place is an incredible oasis nestled in the busy Northern Virginia area. Set in a sprawling estate... thousands of flowers, trees and shrubs, lazy winding pathways, large ponds teeming with koi and an exotic Asian garden, all will ease away any stress or worries you may bring in with you.

Christmas is a great time to visit this park. They go all out and give people a very nice way of spending the holidays. Of course, it is great year around if you like flowers and plants.

Wonderful place for a relaxing walk. Beautifully kept expansive grounds provide a great spot to enjoy nature with family and friends. It's unfortunate that few people seem to take advantage of the park. Actually a mixed blessing because the size of the park and number of visitors combine to make it the relaxing experience that it is. Know the rules!... More
