I can’t say enough good things about the vineyards, distilleries, and cideries along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Besides enjoying these wineries ourselves, many of the guests at our Airbnb come to enjoy the Trail. If you are a seasoned taster of New York wines...More

Lots of wineries and craft brewers. Check out the region for a fun weekend getaway. We went to Ithaca for a concert and thought we'd stay to check out wine country in New York State.

We make this trip every fall, and at least once a year. Sometimes more. It's a great way to spend the day. There are lots of wineries to visit on the trail. Each has it's own theme. Once upon a time you could sample wine...More

The wine industry is booming throughout the Finger Lakes region, and Cayuga Lake features some of the best new wineries. Most offer retail sales and eating options, often in incredibly scenic locations.

Yes, you will want a DD or transportation. There are a bunch of wineries in a 10 mile radius or so, but it is kind of rural and not many places right nearby to stay.
