You can lie down and look over the edge. Hiked here from Glacier Point - bring 2 liters of water. Lots of beautiful views.

A nice short hike, 2 miles round trip, or 5 miles if you also do the sentinel dome and pohono loop. Definitely worth a look for some cliff edge views of the valley and the interesting fissures. Also I am not good with heights but...More

Park along glacier point road in lot. Turn left on trail for taft point and fissures. It's pretty much a flat trail, you come out along the fissures and than walk along wall areas to see views across the sierras. at the point, you'll come...More

Breathtaking view from the point - the valley looks to be miles down. The fissures are scary in that you just walk right upon them. The hike back up takes a bit but well worth the effort

This was one of my favorite hikes in Yosemite. Easy and quick with a great payoff! I thought I might be nervous when I got to the top vista point, but you are so taken away by the incredible beauty and views. El Cap looks...More

I recommend this hike for families. I did it with my wife and 5 kids (ages 8-16). It is long but not too challenging. The views and the fissure at the end of the trail are worth it. Bring bug spray.

You must do this easy 1 mile hike along with sentinel dome. The view is spectacular. Our family of five had no problems with either hike.

From the parking lot this was an easy .8 mile walk. There was a sign warning us of deep snow and saying the NPS doesn't recommend you go further, but there was minimal snow (though a lot of mud). The walk is flat until the...More

A short drive back from Glacier point this little surprise took our breath away. the walk through pine forests was beautiful and the smell of pine gave this a real memorable element but then the rock face you get too was dramatic and you can...More

little known spot for sunsets, and even better in my opinion than the whole drive to glacier point. 1.1 mi easy flat hike to Taft point. Allow enough time to hike the 20-30min to the point, and bring a headlamp or flashlight on way back...More

From what I remember, yes there is one. Be warned thought that is a SMALL one. Lots of people park on the side of the road. If you get there early enough, you will have no problem.
