The statues are well worth a visit and the entrance fee. It can be quite hot during the daytime. Be respectful when you take photographs.

What a place. A very spontaneous visit and so glad we did. Breathtaking scenery and rock carvings. I found it rather spiritual and so incredibly peaceful. Also rather nice not to have the crowds of some of the other areas. Go!!

A nice stop when you pass vellawaya. This is a good old buddhist temple and that the carvings were really good. It was such a clam place. Must watch when you traveling to yala.
