What a surprise package this place is, we were only expecting a hours visit but we enjoyed it so much that we went round again, lots of birds to see and touch, the grandkids were amazed by them, just to see there faces when they were holding the different birds was magical. In the end we were there for about... More

Visited after seeing photos from other visitors. Main thing that differentiates this is the level of interaction you can have with the birds. Many are not in aviaries, and you can feed most of them with food available from the centre. A number of the aviaries are built so that you can enter them, and often the birds will try... More

Great day out with the grandchildren. Two of our party were very wary but the birds are so charming and gentle. A great way to allay fear of birds.

We spent the morning here and were very pleasantly surprised. Reasonably priced and lots of different birds on display. You could tell a lot of effort has been spent on the park and continuous improvement was visible with new avaries being built. We particularly loved the area with the free roaming parrots. An attraction very different to anything else in... More

I didn't think I would enjoy this place as much as I did. We chose it for the kids thinking just of them. However, it turned out really popular for all of us. The place isn't huge, but somehow there were enough tropical birds, and the shear interests and variety within the enclosures that really captivated us. To get the... More

This is an excellent attraction with plenty to see. There are many different species of LARGE birds on display and the park is well maintained. Bird food (seeds and mixed nuts) can be purchased and there is ample opportunity to feed the birds who are sitting on perches. There is a large feeding area near to the exit/shop. We also... More

We came here unplanned as we had previously been shooting clay discs locally - so we didn't really know what to expect. When you get your tickets make sure you buy some bird feed, that's one of the attraction. The enclosures seem fine although some need a bit of refurbishment but you can see that there are other new ones... More
