More of an upscale beach compared to its counterparts, las Palmas and atacames. Offers street food or very nice restaurants. Choice is yours here. Sunsets are incredible. Less busy than atacames.

I love Tonsupa but it definitely needs some major revamp. The roads inside the town are a mess and there is neverending building of flats going on. Having said that we enjoyed the low season quiet on the beach front so we relaxed.

Quiet and beautiful, this beach is a great place to take your family to relax. There are quality, authentic restaurants in the area to enjoy.

Tonsupa is known for his tall buildings, and that's your view from the beach, if you are not looking at the ocean ..

This a laid back location. Fair beaches. Typical Pacific Coast beaches you can see from British Columbia, Canada anywhere down the Mexican mainland Coast and Ecuador. Not beautiful but basic. Not great shopping. Limited services. Typical of a poor beach town. It looks like a...More

I went to Tonsupa with friends and its a beautiful one. It was not crowded but the waves are little bit intense. We had a good cloudy weather and went for a long walk to the righ side of the beach. There are many bars...More
