Must see at Haridwar...normally starts after the sunset. But as the place is crowded always just get your seat well before the Arti.

Ganga Aarti is the divine prayer of holy river Ganga done in morning and evening at Har ki pauri and is attended by a big number of local/outstation devotees.
It was once a very much spectacular ritual. But not now. The quality of the Aarti and its religious significance have eroded over time and it is not as grand and vigorous as it used to be two decades ago.
