I just did the one-day trek to Lake Nailig starting from Apolong Trail. It was very challenging. I strongly discourage you to do it in one day unless you are really fit. Most people do overnight trips to Talinis but I didn't have enough time....More

If your fitness level is not so trained, I recommend to do this tour in 3 days. Near the river, there is somebody living. He has a small open hut fo the night. Really wothwhile is the sulfur vent.

Visited here once few years ago with no preparations, no bags, no extra shirts, not even in shoes. Just me and my 2 friends, and the lovely green views. Although we never reach the peak, the views of the Tanon Strait is awesome.

This was my first overnight jungle trek - and I was unprepared for how hard it would be! But we went with experienced guides (Yagum Yuman and Island Life) who never lost the trail (even though you might be wading through ferns taller than your...More
