This is just your typical Roxas Boulevard-like place minus the trash and the informal settlers. You can jog early in the morning or at night. Also near the port/pier, take a picture with the I LOVE DUMAGUETE signage which changes color at night.

The boulevard is the main meeting place in Dumaguette at night. On the end towards the pier you have a lot of street food and all along there are restaurants and a couple of music places on the other side of the road. Overall a...More

It can be picturesque if you wanted it too but I guess what I enjoyed the most from Rizal Blvd. is when the sidewalk vendors start prepping their stalls and tables to serve "Tempura" and squid rolls. Souvenir vendors also line up Rizal Blvd at...More

Close to the port and has a lot of carts in the evening. A good place to find good local street food. Find plenty of people relaxing in the evening.

Dumaguete is the City of gentle people as they say, but don't forget to enjoy the beauty of Rizal Boulevard which you can spend time while relaxing with the sea breeze or you may try to walk around the vicinity.

It’s a lovely area to take a walk, meet total strangers and engage in a conversation, to try on local street food, people-watch, enjoy the view of a quiet sea, boats coming in-out of the pier, or simply enjoy the local life or be like...More
