Superb cooking class. Friendly and very knowledgeable Host (knows which ingredients are to be found in our home country). Good mixture from practice and looking. Cooking book where you note the amount needed in each recipes.

A highlight in our trip to Ella. Lovely family, even if we did wake the sleeping uncle from his afternoon nap on the couch! Loads of food to eat at the end including a garlic curry, potato curry, coconut sambol, papadams, and dahl. All delicious....More

I don't really cook and have very little interest in learning about it, however my girlfriend wanted to go and it seemed like a good bit of knowledge to take away from the trip. The whole experience was phenomenal. The guy that runs the class...More

Best to go and see them in person. At this time of year (May), you can just turn up the day before or the morning of the day you want the lesson.
