This tour is one of the best things I have ever done! I would recommend it highly for anyone going to the North island. We were given a friendly welcome by the reception staff and it was a quick and easy check in process. Then we met our guides, Flyn, Maddy and Kenny who drove us down to the barn... More

So enjoyed the whole experience, as a first-timer to caving I thought I'd be nervous but the group tour is run so well and the 3hours flew by. Amazing parts include seeing the glowworms in pitch darkness, floating down on tubes, and climbing through spectacular caves really unlike anything I've ever seen. A few narrow spaces to crawl through but... More

I had a wonderful time with the adventure. The experience was a fair bit more intense than I had expected, as the water levels in the cave had risen a bit due to the rain, but the guides were clearly very experienced and confident in adapting, changing one "toobing" portion to an easily managed swim, with an alternative route hanging... Having never done a caving tour, I really enjoyed the day. Had no idea what to expect which made it exciting at every turn. The guides emma and Chau were great!

We had a great time on this tour. Our guides Nate and Chen were knowledgeable and friendly. The guide sake photos along the way which are provided at no extra cost. Tubing is only a small part of the trip, mostly its walking and crawling through the caves. The glow worms are definitely a highlight

I expected something more low-key: think some walking and gentle floating down a river staring at glow worms. You do not walk: you crawl, scramble, and swim your way through caverns beneath a farm for over an hour. It is challenging, but not out of reach for a beginner. The hardest part is getting out of your wet suit after... More

We booked our tour through bookme.co.nz site and got a great deal for my family, 2 adults and a 12 yr old. We are from San Diego Ca and our time at the caves was one of our NZ trip highlights! I booked this adventure so my son and husband can enjoy a challenging activity. We got lucky that day-... More

This was one of the most fantastic experiences we had whilst in New Zealand. It was at a super cold time of year, but our guide was fantastic at making us forget the cold and just enjoy ourselves. He went above and beyond to get some excellent photos of us in the caves. And they were FREE and emailed to... More
