Two of my family members did this great guide. Friendly staff. But the brochure says its a two hour trip with 1.25 hours in the caves they left at 3 and they were back by 4.30 ? So they spent time getting changed into wet suites in the cave and the climb back up the stairs and return to town.... More

We did the walk through tour of the foot-whistle cave and found it to be a fantastic experience. Travelling with our young kids we found the tour very accessible and fun. We appreciated the relaxed feel of the tour to break up a busy holiday. The guide( Van ) amplified this with his informative and personable approach. A very authentic... More

Lots of glow worms (went on another tour; weren't quite as many as in the tubing one) and seeing them on your back in an inner-tube was something else.

Skip the overpriced and busy walking tours with loads of other tourists for this amazing tubing experience where you get to see loads of glowworms and experience the caves! I highly recommend this tour!

After getting us set up with full wetsuits, booties and helmets, we were off on a short ride down a winding gravel road to the cave location. Then there was a short uphill climb to the cave entrance where the fun began. It was a... More

After being a little dubious about doing this activity....what can I say....fantastic, amazing, and glad I did it. The two tour guides were great and I recommend that if you are on the north island then definitely do this....

The tour was a nice way to experience the glowworm caves. It was a nice and relaxed tour with some exciting portions to keep things interesting. The guides were very laid back, but also very informative. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the glow worm caves.

We had a lovely afternoon in the Glowworm cave. This is a less commercial business which was really nice. The guide will drive a small group to the cave entrance (approx. 7mins). From there it is a long and steep staircase down into the cave. The group will spend about 50mins in the cave with many stops for pictures. Make... More
