We got picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel. Great communication on email prior, driver was very informative of his town, pointing out places To go and see.

Gary is the best guide i could have asked for on Penang Island. Very knowledgeable / good rates / great service. Why bother with trip buses when you can get a car and driver with such great service. I seen just about everything in Georgetown / the island in 2 days. Spent 2 days there last week (JUne 22) and covered nearly everything comfortably. Kek Lok was good - 8.30am nobody there in the morning so good photoes, War Museum (need mossie spray), botanical gardens, George Town UNESCO area, Little India was just clothes and gold, Indian Traders mansion worth a visit as very sumptuous, jetty (good for photoes), Batik factory selling dresses and shirts (few pictures), butterfuly farm is good 30 mins. Pick up from airport is about 30 minutes to Georgetown - OJ will pick up

Ocean Jupiter were great for both our airport transfers and island tours.
Punctual, friendly, knowlegeable and very reasonably priced.
When we needed a driver to go to Airport to re-organise our flights they were there to pick us up within minutes.
They were very understanding when we had to re-organise final airport transfer.
Our time in Penang was cut short due to the lockdown but our memories of our day tour will remain with us.
Special thanks to our driver Yasin

Yasin. Yasin. Yasin. Remember this name. Ask for him. He will not disappoint you.

We got our airport transfer with him, and from then on we booked him for all our tours. He is very well spoken with good English and very knowledgeable about Penang and the local area. He pointed us towards great places to eat and even got us VIP (fast lane) vouchers for the Penang Hill fenicular train. We felt like royalty walking to the head of the queue.
When we told him we were going to Langkawi for a week, he provided us with a contact (Welmi) and his son Iskandar who looked after us for our transfers and tours there.
It was sad saying goodbye to Yasin at the airport when we left, he is such a nice guy.
Thanks again, Yasin. Live well.

Our airport transfer on arrival was punctual and our driver greeted us with professionalism and courtesy.
After a flight change for our return there was no hesitation from Steven for our change of pickup time. Driver arrived slightly early and we had a great run to the airport.
If you need any transport whilst in Penang please do contact them as it is great value for money and I thoroughly recommend them.

We chose the free an easy tour with Ocean Jupiter and our driver was Hafiz (12th February). The communication with the company was quick and easy and it was easy to book. The driver arrived early and was polite and welcoming. He had some knowledge of Penang and did explain a few things but mostly drove around. We had some idea of what we wanted to see but also wanted suggestions from the driver, however as with other reviews we did get constant suggestions to go to the chocolate shop and a bunch of museums we didn't want to really see although he didn't push too much. We lost an hour because of the tour de langkawi so not the driver's fault. But he didn't tell us that some places close by 5, so when asked to go he said it's closed.
Overall, we didn't do as much as we wanted to. These tours are good for people who have children or perhaps are not as mobile or have more days and money to waste (35rm per hour is not worth it). We could have done much more just by getting a Grab from place to place. Paying by the hour makes you feel rushed and even while stopping to eat you're paying for the driver's time, so you lose an hour there.
I would not recommend this service and if I was to use it I would ask for a driver recommended by others on here.

Took advice from trip advisor and booked Ocean Jupiter taxi from airport on arrival at Penang the driver Yasin was very good very I formative so we decided to book him for the rest of our time been here a week now and whenever we book Yasin he always has new information for us, would definitely recommend.

Ocean Jupiter sits opposite Park Royal Hotel in Batu Ferringhi. A professional tour service offering airport transfers, car hire, scooter rental, boats and plane tickets.
My wife and I hired a scooter. Very new model Yamaha. Great little bike. Had it for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed the relative ease of the service and the professional staff that I dealt with.
Would recommend that you consider using Ocean Jupiter for your holiday requirements.
