As the other reviewers have said left is the only way to go. The most critical left is right after the second petroglyph rock, the main path seems to go straight, but instead take the sharp left path that goes straight up the side of...More

The sleeping indian is a good beginners hike. You will be able to see most of the valley from the top and other mountains too. Make sure you take the right left turn when reaching the part where you might think you are not following...More

Beautiful but very challenging. First 1/4 of hike is enough to see all the beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes without getting into the very difficult climb.

This is a steep hike past petroglyphs and waterfalls with a great view on top. If it's not too window, you can follow the ridge line and get great views of the valley.
