There is an eco-path established near the village of Krushuna, near to the town of Lovech. It goes to the Devetashko plateau and passes by a marvelous waterfall. Its foamy waters jump over stair beds and spill down.

A relaxing good place for family

A good place to relax with your family but you must be careful because there is no protection when you are walking close to thee waterfalls. Also a good place for couples.

These waterfalls are beautiful. Easily accessible for all fitness levels this place is a MUST see! Although some areas are now cordoned off due to safety, we did see some young traveller still climb the falls albeit at their own risk. The views and trial however that have been put in place is really very nice and I would thoroughly... More

This place has a lot of potential. It surely needs a lot of maintenance and the least the visitors should do it litter this place. Local or tourists take care of who is littering and what you will see after 25years if you keep up with the litter. Respect the nature and it will respect you. Having said the above... More

We choose to make the long and boring way to the sea more intresting and we took a good decision. We spend about 3 hours next to the waterfalls. We found nice place there and also had a picnic. I want to visit it again next summer!

Ever since I found out about this waterfall, I had on my list of places to see this summer. The pictures on the internet are not doing justice to this amazing waterfall. I loved it. I dont know who decided that the Bigar waterfall in the most beautiful in the world, and I guess that they havent visited this one.

The first time I saw pictures,I did not believe this was in Bulgaria. Visited it 2 times and am still quite amazed by the beauty of this place. The waterfalls are amphitheatrical,so there are small ponds along the way. There is also a cave situated right next to the waterfall. And in the near vicinity there are a few more caves that are... Have been there before. It is an amazing place. Unfortunately, there was a fatal accident with a tourist few months ago and a part of the way up to the caves is closed. There si a detour route. All necessary measurments are taken to ensure safety to the visitors. When you enter it takes about 40-45 min to go throuth... More
