The best place to be if you visit the town of Rhodes ! The old town is near from the new town and sure you will see very interesting and historical places !

This is worth visiting just to be amazed by the sie and structure of the palace. Unfortunately a lot of what is inside has been moved there from other places and some of the displays have no relation to the Knights.

We visited here one afternoon and spent an hour out of the warm sun, looking around the museum and the reconstructed rooms of the upstairs of the palace. Outside is very good for photos. There are toilets inside but no cafe (but there is a drinks machine) and a small gift shop. I think it cost us 6 euros to... More

It is a well preserved castle. You can feel, sense the medieval period; also when you walk on the road of the knights you can almost hear the hoofbeats of horses :)

No words to describe this unique monument. The external courtyard, the halls, the stairs.. Everyone has to visit the palace. Congratulations to local authorities for organizing live concerts and offering the opportunity to everyone to live such a unique experience

It is very interesting and historical plac and silent. You can see how knights experiencced and figth for kristinaty during that 100 years. There is a little cafe there also.

We really admired the Palace. The Gothic architecture was captivating and breathtaking! Inside the Palace, there were impressive collections of tombstones, paintings, statuary, jewellery and mosaics.

Very historical site, supposedly used by the knights templar, but there is absolutely no information at all on the site. On entry to the building there was a line aaying that in the rooms was a selection of items from different times, but then they never said what the items were, when they were from or why they were important.... More
