An attraction with a difference.

Went there after spending a weekend in Matlock and having been there as a kid. The park was lovely with great views and lots to explore and see. Pricey though...

Cable car was an interesting way to get there. Mines are fairly basic, guides do their best to keep you interested. Very hilly, and there are some steep sections. At its best in the dry. Seeing the frogs spawning in the pond was an unexpected highlight.

We loved the views from the cable car and once we reached the top! The cavern tour included in the price of the ticket was great too - a good workout as there are lots of steps involved! The guide Warren was interesting, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a nice play area for children so this would make a great... More

Visited Abraham Heights on Saturday morning, whilst the experience overall was nice, it was very commercialised. Both myself and my partner felt £16 each for return tickets for the cable car was overpriced.

Quite expensive really. Kids 1st time on cable cars so a good experience. Lots of friendly staff. Very clean. Food in cafe was poor although staff again were great. Good tour of the mine. Very muddy walk back to Matlock.

Good value, spent 4 hours here with a 9 and 10 year old who found it fascinating. Not sure it would hold a teenagers attention

Great place to visit! Entrance fee £16.00, but I thought this was good value as you get a cable car trip up the peak, two cavern visits, which were very informative, a tower to explore and a great restaurant. Stunning views across Matlock and beyond, I could have admired the views all day long.. There is also a playground for... More

We had a season ticket in 2016 because this is one of our favourite get away places, we love to take the tram up to the top and then walk down the very steep paths into Matlock Bath.

not been for years, decided to venture out. parked near the train station - nice walk up...bit expensive for the cables but worth it to see the childrens faces. the cave was great and not too dark for the children. the parks were excellent the coffee was nice but would be better if they had outside place to buy it...
