We visit Sams Cafe most weeks, Rob, the owner is very friendly and the food is very good. The beach is lovely, best to check on the tide. You can get cold and hot drinks, also a nice breakfast.

Honestly this is just beautiful - lovely beach which is clean and dog friendly - great for my children to run around with the dog

Another beautiful sandy beach. Facilities include a cafe and public toilets nearby on the slope to the beach. This would probably be a quieter beach on hot days.

Clean beach. When we arrived it was pretty quiet here but I guess it was a little shady. The people who were there seemed to be the hut owners. Small beach but very nice.

A small beach that almost disappears at high tide. The wide esplanade has room for your towels and deckchairs, and a small cafe provides the simple, but tasty, food and drink. Toilets are available half way down the access slope to the beach. (Note; the...More

Free parking at the top was a pleasant change from the rest of the area. Toilets down the bottom near Sam's Bar. Cup of tea welcome, especially for only £1.

Steepish slope down to it but there's a loo, few beach huts, sandy beach and some refreshments. A cemented walkway takes you all the way to Viking Beach if you want a nice walk.

The beach totally disappears. Best time to aim for is 2 - 2.5 hours after high tide. Lots of sand to walk on and tide is not too far out
