Staff were really friendly and helpful with all our questions. Lots of nice little souvenirs as well. We didn't visit the café but did use the toilets and they were really clean.

It was two years ago when we visited, but remember that it was highly enjoyable, and included a court room with a very good display. You could imagine yourself listening to an actual case in 17 something... Lots and lots more; this museum spread over...More

Easy to find, it is in the same building as the Huguenot Museum which can be seen form the railway station. There is access from that side and the High Street. Plenty of leaflets, staffed information desk, an exhibition space with regular exhibitions and the...More

The staff are polite and helpful. The shop offers lots of quality souvenirs and the facilities are always clean. At times there is an art exhibition.

Moody staff. Tables with plates left on then. Food expensive. £1.60 for a cup of tea. !!! Rip off. Abusing the historic area by charging ridiculous prices.

The staff were very helpful and there were a number of good leaflets in the shop to help us explore Rochester for the day. At the back was a small cafe which seemed very popular.
