If you plan to visit here get the train to Rochester and walk because parking is terrible. It is very nice inside but is rarely open.

If you plan to visit here get the train to Rochester and walk because parking is terrible. It is very nice inside but is rarely open.

This is a wonderful , listed building , and if you wish to visit it the best place to look is on their web site . It gives you an insite to a wonderful people .

This place is almost always shut to the public, so if you get a chance to have a look around please take it, as it is very interesting and quite beautiful

Learned a lot about this area once called Chatham Intra, and discovered that many years ago the Jews living in Rochester were banished from being within the city walls and the Synagogue cites the place of settlement for this group next to the leper colony. Tough times indeed. A welcoming delightful open day...
