It has something for everyone. The park is walled to stop toddlers running onto busy Church Street; there are playgrounds; the centre grassed area has dog exercise times; and there is grass, seating and BBQ facilities as well.

A dog friendly park that you can go to and enjoy each day plenty of dogs each day turn up. Owner should make sure they clean up after their animals so the sporting clubs that use the ground can enjoy it as well.

Make sure you check when the sporting teams are training otherwise you will not be allowed on the oval. There is a timetable on the clubhouse wall. Our dog loves it here! Be sure to have your council tag showing! The council officers are always...More

A nice football oval that is fully fenced and doubles as a dog park. If there is sport being played or trained dogs aren't allowed but you can walk around the oval on the paved path. There's a big children's playground to the side away...More

Great place to play with your dog, providing you are not locked out for sporting events. Friendly vibe. Good parking.

This is our local dog park and dogs here are generally pretty well-behaved. Don’t be shocked to come across the odd “unusual” character, but is safe. As a cricket ground, the pitch is improving and the outfield is the worst in the comp, but I...More

This really is a citizens' park. People walk their dogs, the local cricket club trains, junior footballers play Auskick, children love the playground. Plenty of shade if you want to read a book. And we are here most weeks for the adjacent food market in...More

As a dog owner this park has to be monitored better. There are so many dogs without council tags and also owners just using this park as a dog loo. I can't possibly recommend this park as it has to be a breeding ground for...More

Richmond is no doubt a high density area. So if you live in a terrace house or one the hundreds of apartments which have mushroomed in recent time, space can be a luxurious thing. Citizen Park has a football oval which provides ample rooms to...More
