Baga has to be the most well known and popular beach in Goa. Nearly everyone visiting Goa, must be visiting this beach. Personally don't really like the crowd that comes here. Of course, the beach has some of the best restaurants and nightlife around it.

Baga is getting really crowded and trashy. Nice eateries and pubs nearby for party lovers. Overall the beach is overrated.

We were there in April and there was para sailing, jet ski speed boats, banana boat, those were all at Baga beach. Visited other beaches nearby and pretty much the same. You can also snorkel and scuba dive from some.
