It's great that a lot of the stalls had samples available ... makes me buy more ! Spotted an interested variety of tomatoes I... More

The market is held every Saturday morning. Though not particularly large, the variety and quality of items for sale was good. Prices were very reasonable.

I love the hand made meat pies and the piles of fresh veggies. Everyone was very friendly and happy for me to shelter under their covered stalls when showers went over.

Good fresh quality food. You get tastes offered. Vegetables, eggs, cheese bread and some more things are worth to be shopped there. It takes place every Saturday.

Definitely worth bypassing the expressway and going to the Cambridge Farmers Market! Fabulous array of seriously yummy eat-nows and take-homes. Expect to be tempted beyond salvation so go prepared with your wallet, your hail Mary's, and hide the scales before you leave. Fresh produce including meat, fish, veges, herbs and fruit. Your garden will require a landscaper to cope with... More

Farmers markets all over are a bonus to our communities and Cambridge is no exception. From the somewhat naughty Mommas Doughnuts to Kanes asparagus and over to The Celtic Bakery, you can find treats home made or home grown from local resources. I do recommend you try the dates scones at the Celtic Bakery or their date loaf.

The produce is top quality and the vendors are super lovely. We go every second Saturday for our treats: a Raglan Pie - the best pies in New Zealand, a bag of beetroot, a loaf of herb and cheese bread, and a bag of Scottish Bannock biscuits - fantastic! Wonderful atmosphere with live music playing - especially the family with... More

We listened to highly talented singer-busker - collecting funds for an international choir trip overseas. We strolled around the numerous stalls collecting fresh bread, veggies & pies, whilst sipping hot fresh coffee. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but treat yourself to wonderful local produce !Who can imagine a more pleasant relaxing way to spend a lazy Saturday morning?
