Temple dedicated to chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj . It's neat and clean . The priest explains the importance of the temple to each and every group which visits the temple . You can see replica of Shivaji Maharaj stolen sword and a sword gifted to him . You can also see his foot and finger imprints

The Shree Shivchhatrapati Temple is one of its kind located in the sea fort of Sindhudurg. The fort can be accessed by motor boat and one can spend an hour exploring this historic place.

After a boat ride from Malvan Jetty, you reach the Sindhudurg fort. After you enter the main gate, the cement road takes you to the temple. Very unique and perhaps the only temple dedicated to Shivaji. There is a sword kept there which is claimed to be one of his personal ones. The temple is simple and is well maintained... More

Its located inside Sindhudurg fort. The fort has just ruins but can make you realize the great work done by Shivaji Maharaj for the people. The location is best. You can see his sword inside the temple. His left leg and right hand prints are also embossed within the fort.

The temple is very nice and clean. It is dedicated to the great Maratha Warrior king itself. It is located in the Sindhudurg fort itself. One has to take a boat ride from Malvan bunder and you reach their in about 2-30 minutes. On the fort you can also see the hand and foot print marks of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.... More

The temple is located in the fort and is a very small space with not much to see. The fort itself is a very beautiful and worth visiting but the temple by itself is not worth a visit
