Nice cozy pub with a big rooftop terrace!!The terrace is Great for large groups, weddings, golf prize givings, hen, stags etc. If your looking for a venue for the "day after" your wedding our terrace upstairs is the perfect location to meet up with your wedding party and chill out in the sun with a cocktail or an ice cold beer!!We show all sports on our 3 large TV's downstairs and on our large 50' screen upstairs.Good friendly atmosphere with a late night Sing Song!!! We visited this bar on a few occasions during our stay in Alvor. We were made to feel really welcome, having a good laugh with the staff during our visits. usual selection of beers, wines and Guinness and another Guinness and maybe just one more. Enjoy!

Definitely worth a visit proper pub The owner from limerick will probably welcome you personally Good atmosphere no garage music Always a pleasant crowd and definitely a must if you are visiting even if you are not Irish

Had the pleasure of returning here again last week and I wasn't disappointed.The friendly greeting is still the same with a bit of banter and craic for everyone.The pint is excellent and the price is very reasonable so we shall return

The most authentic irish bar I've ever been in. Customer service is number one concern staff are super friendly. Pat is most obliging if you need any advice re. Golf and accommodation or transfers. You will get a Cead mile Failte from pat and Co. Ger Ryan in Cork

Just back from a short golfing trip to Alvor. Visited Hickeys bar every night. Pat is an absolute gent who along with his helpful and friendly staff always extend a warm welcome to anyone that drops by. The quality of the drinks served at Hickeys are of a very high standard which is more than can be said for some... More
