Simply the best. Stubaier Gletscher is continuosly improving the already very high level of the offer. The 1 year old 3S cablecar is faboulous.

November skiing is good but far from awesome. During my visit only half of the runs were open and that’s why it was a bit crowdy. But for early season skiing it’s worth a visit.

Stubai is a great skiing resort. Overlooked by most people but it features some great slopes. However the fun begins once you leave the piste and try a run in the off piste. There is a variety of runs and they cater for it in...More

Great season opening for us. Not a lot of people on the slopes, great snow, sunshine, lots of lifts already open. Perfect scenery and conditions. Very friendly staff.

This is the second time I've visited Stubaier Gletscher. The first time was for some early (pre) season downhill skiing in late October. Most recently was for summer sightseeing in early July. The same wonderful experience - great facilities and lift system. Lots of parking...More

Stubai opens for the winter season today. Check the conditions at your hotel before you travel up the mountain. Plan for winter conditions and dress accordingly.

I think you should be able, but we found that sometimes the cave is closed and we didn't found out why. I think they close on weather conditions but I'm not sure. The weather should be fine in September anyway.
