The best place in Palaioxora

Well, the local is not bad, huge and on the beach…but, I was not feeling in Greece and far from Crete. Maybe we went there in the wrong evening, but in Paleochora we found better places for a drink and a relaxing after dinner. Music was ok, but nobody dancing or involved into the fun. Nobody at the bar having... More

Great setting virtually on the beach. We dropped in every afternoon for drinks when we left the beach and found the girls behind the bar to be very friendly and chatty, bonus is half price cocktails between five and six. We also visited on a couple of evenings to watch the sun set and it's a great chilled location. Only... More

Has previously been a perfect setting for a drink or lunch, but this year something has gone wrong in the choice of some of the staff .... rude , arrogant and do not understand English or do not want and make mistakes in orders and shouts late on their workmates that now is the problem .... replace this woman to... Absolutely love this place.. We spent many hours in the sheltered seating eating beautiful salads, playing cards, taking in the incredible view. The beer is cheap as is the food. No one hassles you, this place is a laid back heaven.

We only had a quick drink here, so I wouldn't have bothered with a review, but the arrogant girl who served us deserves a 1/5. We asked for a tomato juice, wich is on the menu in the juices section. First she tried to make us ask for something else, then she asked if we wanted a tomato salad. Finally,... More

Nice spot to watch the sunset from. Offers the usual range of drinks and snacks. We only ever went there in the evening before dinner. The staff were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. If it's a bit windy it can be a bit chilly but there are plenty of choices of where to sit, inside and out.

Great location & bar staff very friendly. However ordered drinks and cocktails to be told that they didn't have the correct juices to make the drinks up for example a Tequila Sunrise without the juice, Yuck!. They still charge and advertise cocktails at full price which is unfair. Apparently its the owner who wont provide the staff with the full... More

Have visited for many years and the place is a haven on a hot day. Their milkshakes are good but try a burger (cooked by Jen) for 6 euros. They are wonderful and come with decent chips (i.e. not gooey and drowned in olive oil). Evening cocktails are also impressive. Clean toilets and a well maintained oasis feel with plenty... More

We've been to Jeetee every day for a week since we live right across the street. In daytime it offers nice lunch dishes and a good frappe when you need a break from the beach (the nicest beach for tourists without children in Paleochora, btw), and during the evening you can it's the best location for watching the sunset. The... More
