The lighthouse is beautiful, but you cannot enter so it can only be admired from outside. The views surrounding it are lovely and can be taken in from a walkway that extends out above the sea cliffs. We only stayed 15mins to have a look. Not a long activity! The drive up isn't as bad as people make out so... More

About 12k/ 9m return trip from Las Playitas resort. Good place to run to/ back from - or drive up if you dont fancy that. Good views from the top and back along the road you came up. Certainly worth a look if you are close by, but not sure I would travel across the island to see

It's one of the more winding and challenging roads on the island but traffic was light. It's completely free and there is a large car park and viewing platform at the top. Well worth a visit if you're in that area.

Wow, when other reviewers say this is a scary drive, they're not kidding! A single track climb out from Las Palyitas with barely any passing places and a sheer drop down the hill at times means that this is not a place for nervous drivers. I found myself gripping the steering wheel very tightly at times! We visited as the... More

This an interesting place and equally interesting to drive to! The road towards the lighthouse gets quite narrow and bends round some steep hills: you don't want to make a mistake getting here! The lighthouse is interesting, you can't go in and it's semi attractive but the ocean views here are stunning. Via a walkway you can go out to... More

Nail biting drive up the mountain to the lighthouse. We took the trip in the evening as the sun was setting. The lighthouse itself is beautiful and majestic. The views of the sea, mountains and cliffs breathtaking.

Really fun drive up the mountain to the lighthouse, Amazing views and really exhilarating. The drive up and down is a little scary though as the road is very narrow and not many places to pass if someone comes the other way! worth it though! we went at sunset. LOVELY

Amazing view and a beautiful lighthouse. One of the best views on the island. A must see in my opinion! The road leading up to it is a little challenging. I had the luck not to have to pass other cars, as the road is really narrow.

A nice place to visit by foot or if you have a bicycle. The road from Las Playitas is pretty narrow but it isn't much traffic on it. The last part is a classic mountain road with S-curves and is a pretty rough climb towards the lighthouse. Be sure to get there on a clear day and the scenery will... More
