We just spent two hours in Stratford on our way from the Forgotten World Highway to New Plymouth, but went straight to the i-site, where we got all information needed on the Taranaki region.

This information centre has excellent documentation and information for visiting the local area especially Mt Egmont. Great video displays and beautiful products for tourists. The shop operator Jane was extremely helpful with good local knowledge & advice. A credit to stratford & taranaki.

It has all the things that have endeared i Sites to me. It has maps, brochures, food and toilets nearby, an Intercity and local bus stop, souvenirs and postcards. It is a good orientation to the town.

Visited the place on 04 January 2017. The lady took out the necessary flyers and showed me the way on map as well as came out of the centre and showed me the road to take. Very efficient, knowledgable and helpful. Thank you.
