We visited Supetar in late May and had a great time, the town is relatively small and is dominated by this wonderful church complex which dominates the town centre. Architecture is stunning, the stonework typical of the area. You can’t fail to see it if...More

It is a must if you come to the island. The achitecture is beautiful, mostly done with local stones, it is an easy walk, with amazing views and lots of photo opportunities

We visited as church goers in order to attend the Sunday morning mass. It was wonderful to see the church packed, with a congregation that demonstrated that this church lies at the heart of the community. The church is beautiful but it is so much...More

Since it is close to the habour where the ferries leave for Split, this is a nice detour. Built with the local stone, it blends in nicely into the landscape/town. Also the inside is worth a visit.

We attended Sunday mass in this church in Supetar ande were delighted with the ornate interior and the fact that it was so well attended by the local parishioners. A baby was christened during the ceremony, which added to the occasion.
