No one was around when we visited one Saturday afternoon after strolling towards Eglise Saint Michel. As it turns out, Chateau Margaux is right behind it. This estate is wide, flat and looked serene, royal in its tranquility. Wikipedia does an excellent job at writing...More

Our group had a chance to visit Chateau Margaux during the harvest. This is a beautiful place and the vineyards are outstanding. I think this is one of the best parts of our visit to the area.

Great tour of the chateau winery and very welcoming. The wine is very reasonable and good. Excellent time seeing the entire wine making process and touring the grounds.

There are insufficient superlatives to describe the experience. Incredibly beautiful buildings (including a new "chai "designed by Norman Foster) , fantastically knowledgeable staff, astonishingly great cellars with all the beautiful oak barrels, hand made at the chateau, breathtaking grounds: not to be missed!
