...for sure you can't compare this museum with e.g., the huge Mercedes museum in Stuttgart. But if you love luxury cars and Oldtimers this is definitely a must. The cars themselves - in various conditions - are just WOW! If you are in the Nürnberg...More

After seeing car museums like VW Group, BMW, MB, Porsche and Audi this museum is very tiny in size. But it is absolutely worth visiting. The collection is remarkable. If you are interested in luxury cars or in cars in general this museum is a...More

A fascinating display of Maybach's historical contribution to self-propelled technology, from the humble bicycle and motorbike, to exclusive motor cars, and engines built for use in trains, ships and airplanes. The collection includes such items as vehicular gearbox and all-wheel drive technology, independent suspension designs...More

If you love autos and auto mechanics, this place is for you. When you look at the technology that the Maybach automobile had for its time, it will amaze you. Today we use computers to design nearly everything, and when you see what was done...More

I'm a "car guy", but not a fan of the big, German 1930s autos, like Maybachs. However, this private museum, in a former motorcycle factory, had many interesting displays including ones of cars other than Maybachs, engines, WWII vehicles, and of course, a large motorcycle...More

This is a beautiful museum with displays that are well laid out. For me, this would be rated as an outstanding exhibit, as I spent half a day here. However, I love antique cars. Others will find this only mildly interesting. Maybach was a very...More
