Just a lovely man made lake with a choice of walks around it. We did all three which was about three miles, one of them being a bit hilly. Good variety of trees, lots not native to Scotland and lots of rhododendrons.

We've been coming to Glencoe for years and only found the Lochan recently now that we are looking for good dog walking locations. What a stunning place, very peaceful with great views of the mountains around it. Well worth a walk!

A fantastic path right round the Loch. Suitable for absolutely everyone. From the very young to the very old. Nice flat path all the way round. And just gorgeous scenery. It was a misty day when we walked round. But this would be fantastic all year round.

Lovely relatively flat walk around Glencoe Lochan with mountain views all around. There are also lots of benches you can sit at. Very pretty.Small carpark.

I have to say I have done all of them, and every time I do a particular walk I always see something I have never... More

Ran out of adjectives to describe this place. It's filled with walks and small streams passing all around you and views which mesmerise you. Definitely worth many visits to explore completely. We did a walk in a valley , going up the natural stone steps on the hillside. Our goal was to get the o a small pool near the... More

Fantastic walk of all different levels. Even nicer to appreciate Lord Strathcona's dedication to his wife, Isabella by having this whole area planted and granted for her. We're currently staying at nearby Glencoe House.
