We went to Perry Creek Vineyards because we have been members of their wine club before. Michele was very helpful with our tastings giving us information on each wine. The basic tasting was free and we even had some reserve tastings that were waived when we purchased additional wines.

The reds are better than the wines. I like there Zinfandel, but find the Chardonnay a little sharp. But overall I like the people the wines are good and worth visiting and buying. They are better than most in the locality. Although Windwalker is pretty good also.

Rainy Sunday, we were the only patrons at the time, what a delight, to linger over the tastings. Great conversation with Mitch, world traveler. Very gracious and generous hosts, love their chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon and moscato (not too sweet). Be sure to peruse their gift shop while there.

OK we get it. The owner drives a Shelby Cobra. Wine named after it, photos all over of it, cobra on logos. The wine is so-so. Nothing to great.

Fun tasting room. Friendly staff as well as a tasting room dog. Lots of things for sale in the gift shop area. We enjoyed the Cobra Syrah.

Been to this winery many, many times over the years. Wines have gotten better. While prices have gone up, they usually have good deals. As in the past, the people who services you are always friendly and helpful. Good place for a picnic.

Perry Creek Vineyards has come a long way from its beginnings. The wines produced here are fine examples of the winemakers art. They produce a large number of varietals from grapes grown on their own properties and others. The friendly staff in the tasting room is ready to help you choose the wines that suit your palate. They also have... More

We visited this winery for the first time this weekend but I can say for certain that it will not be the last visit we make! Its a small winery with a very laid back feel. The tasting room is welcoming and everyone we met was friendly. We enjoyed every single wine we tasted and even joined their club. We... More

Great Winery to visit. Had a wonderful fun time tasting all of their delicious wines. Bought a case and can't wait to have friends over for a "taste"

Another great winery on the "loop" in Fair Play. Definitely a must stop when tasting and / or buying wine in that area. We never miss it on our trips over to the foothills. The general area is about 15 miles from Placerville, CA, so it is easy to reach.
