Ok to hang out but stones ( not sand) and difficult slimey covered concrete slope into the sea. Wearing those slip on shoes you can buy at the beach shops is highly recommended.

Its bout 30-40 minutes from the terminal. We did not book anything in advance and hired a taxi to take us to our hotel. There were plenty there waiting for clients

There are plenty of ATM in Kamari. I hardly bring cash. There are also local exchange offices, but I prefer the ATM. In restaurants and tours, stores most creditcards are accepted as well. Nevertheless, it is probably better... More
