Acceptable town for a quaint visit, good if you are in the Sotogrande area but wouldn't make a point if coming to visit.

This is a great beach, very clean, big waves rolling in. Really enjoyed it. Bars with sunbeds if you prefer. Only one complaint being the plentiful toilets all bring locked despite there being several hundred people on the beach. Our tip is to get there...More

A very pleasant sort of place, good for eating and a good central spot for touring southern Spain. Gibraltar is within easy reach and well worth a visit.

Just a few minutes from Sotogrande, this town feels like it has been slightly forgotten or overlooked by tourists, and that's all the better for it. A nice beach, plenty of bars and cafes but not a lot else. If you want to get away...More

Quiet and pretty. Lovely people. Unspoiled beach. Lots of places to eat and a variety of cuisines. Only place I've ever eaten tapas and sushi in same meal! Love it.

Torreguadiaro also has a Blue Flag...More

A worthy place to visit if in the neighbourhood , very picturesque bay on the edge of Sotogrande , the Main Street offers a great variety of reasonable priced restaurants and Bars. Nice place tucked between Estapona and SoteGrande.

Is Pepe's Bar still going? Was run by Salvador and his brother, Manolo? It is about 15-20years since I was there. It did a roaring trade in the 60's when it was the only tapas bar there apart from the Patricia. Would be grateful for an update

Sadly not, but some other good restaurants have sprung up.
