This is a very interesting store filled with all kinds of eclectic things. There is a gallery upstairs that has some inter sting artwork. By the way, but some of their fudge - it is to die for. They have a lot of wooden articles that show the love their creators put into their works. Bob the owner loves to... More

The ice cream out front was the draw, but inside was a nice gift shop (also fudge) and upstairs a gallery.

Nice art shop with a lot of variety, there's more than a few rooms to explore. If you're going through, or just on your way back to the city, this is a nice corner to make a pit stop, it's the true northern Ontario experience. The fudge alone is worth the trip, I can't help buy some every time :)

This is such a great shop to purchase artwork I've purchased many things over the years of visiting the area. It's bigger inside then you think. The gallery upstairs carries very nice pieces. Their fudge is the best I've had anywhere. I highly recommend you stop in the great shop. The owners are great people I wish them much happiness.

We were driving through Maynooth on our way back from a lovely weekend at the Couple's Resort and decided to drop into the Madawaska Art Shop. Lots and lots of rooms filled with all kinds of art/craft type stuff - something like 19 rooms. The shop keeper was very chatty and friendly. Excellent fudge! There are several antique shops in... Lots to explore. It's bigger than it looks and there a several rooms to explore. Great if you're looking for a unique piece for your home or a gift for someone close. Everything from fudge and hand creams to pairings, wood art, and house number signage.

Some really cool and interesting things to check out in this shop. We loved the wooden hand chair. Many rooms to explore lots of crafty stuff. Unique gifts. A few were a bit pricy for my blood but very cool just the same.
