This is the most pleasant area in Lovere, in my humble opinion, the town being a little down at heel for the region. There is a decent selection of bars, ice cream shops and restaurants. The promenade has great views over the lake.

The lakeside promenade offers a fantastic view to the lake and nearby hills. Definitely worth a visit in the summer. Check also the restaurants close to the lake.

We were there in June 2016 in the beginning of the summer. It was the Christo's installation The floating pears in the same time. The place is peaceful, with very beautiful view. It is good for walks.

Lovere is to the north of Lake d'Iseo. The port is a lovely place to have a stroll, with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. Bars, ice-cream shops, restaurants galore. A lot cheaper, and less crowded, than nearby Lake Garda.

It's a lovely little town by the lake. Perfect for a nice walk and getting a meal in one of many restaurants or cafes. Worth making a special trip to see it.
