lovely beach with overhanging palm trees and white sand. At times you are the only ones on this beach although easter time it gets really busy. Still worth a visit and the marine sanctuary is only a ten minute swim.

Would recommend to anyone, if you are in siquijor its a must to visit, the only down point since its really hidden... More

we stopped by on a surface interval for scuba diving. The water is beautifully clear, like a post card. Unfortunately there was trash, covering the beach, everywhere you looked. Needs a bit of a clean up and maybe sopme infrastructure or a small business could help.

The strand of perfect white sand is very small. Most of the beach is very dirty since boats can make land here. The available trash cans are overflowing and help ruin the experience. To make things worse a recent typhoon has destroyed most of the reef in the marine sanctuary.

I wasn't able to dip in the water or stayed under the sun as I was too tired to swim. I just wanted to sit and sleep while waiting for the sunset. Too bad, the clouds blocked the sunset, but nevertheless, I enjoyed staying there and chill. Its a good place to have a drink with your friends while waiting... More

Paliton beach is located in the town of San Juan and is one of many secluded and white beaches on the the island of Siquijor.

We went here to swim. The beach is not filled with people. It is nestled within a stretch of trees. Bancas dock here.

We rode a ferry from dumaguete to siquijor. We were able to rent a car with a driver to drive us around the island. First stop is Paliton beach also called "little boracay" of siquijor. Famous for its white sand beach. I am amazed at the view and the fine sand and the clear waters. There were small fishing boats... More

I'm quite surprise that this is still unexpolited and under developed. Its sand is like Boracay - powdery pristine white. There lots of coconut trees and water is super clean. The sunset view is also very nice.
