Coloane is south of the Macau Cotai Strip with all its casinos - it is a fascinating look into old Macau. I was able to walk through all the old ship building sheds, which have since been torn down. Coloane is also the home of...More

Take a bus 15 and get off at Coloane village. Go early and get a seat at Lord Stowe's cafe. Order a double expresso and 4 egg tarts. Savor and enjoy the moment. Egg tarts can't get better than this.

Coloane is a small but nice village, away from all the casino craziness of Macau. You can wander around in the little streets and get a good eggtart at Lord Stows Bakery. We had lunch at Cafe Nga Tim, which I would definitely recommend, considering...More

The small village is beautiful and quiet. People could enjoy wonderful egg tart, and strolling along the river banks.

This village is located near the Cotai island and should be visited to have a sneak peek into Portugal influence in Macau. Must visit.
