This place is very peaceful place, just put your hands together and pray sincerely to Kun Iam Statue for blessing. I enjoyed the view and cozy air while hanging around that place.

This statue is unique in the world as it is the only female buddha in the world. It towers almost 190 feet above the bay, close to the Macua smaller casinos (MGM, Sands). Our driver told us that the Portuguese wanted to leave behind a momento of their administration, but did not have a female face for the statue, so... More

Excellent photo taking of the statue and the surrounding seaview. There is a duplicate adult size statue at the basement

I came to this place with the local guide I met at the tourist information, Macau Ferry Terminal. It's sunny but has sea breeze. Not too hot!!

Kun Lam Statue, I love this place, when I study in middle school, l like go to there after lunch if the weather is cloudy, sitting on a bench behind Kun Lam Statue, waiting for the next class, listening the song from waves and feeling the soft wind from the sea, in there your vision is more wide. You also... More

Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre, Ruins of St Paul, and A-Ma Temple are the three important views of Macau, but I only like this attraction because this place will not very crown. This Kun Iam Ecumenical is very special, it(she) is the fairy of Chinese Taoism, but it’s action has the charm of the mother of Maria, It is obvious that... More

Good for taking a few photos but you can probably just snap your photos from a bus window, heading to the Cotai strip casinos. There's a small museum under the statue, giving you information about its construction.

The place is serene. Is worth visiting. You can see and take beautiful photos of the Kun Iam statue from different angles.

I took a bus number 10A in front of Senado Square. Within ten to fifteen minutes, you will see Kun Lam Ecumenical Centre in front of you. The statue looked a bit old but still great to see even closer. It was such a breathtaking view to see especially in the morning where it was not crowded and not so... More
