A gritty narrow beach littered with cigarette ends and overflowing bins. We paid for sunbeds but left after half an hour. Sunbeds are very close to each other.

The beach is lovely and sandy and very good for swimming. The sunbeds are too near each other and you can hear everybody’s conversations. You don’t get much peace as people are walking up and down all day selling their wares every couple of minutes....More

We lived a few steps from the beach and went there every day. It's sandy where the town comes nearest, but there are pebbly spots here and there (I jogged along the sea and studied the soil:)) Not perfect for kids (unlike other beaches we...More

Fag ends & tin cans. Found a pristine beach further down the coast. We were so disappointed. Normally the joke is us against the Germans for a place, but you stand no chance with all the Russians there lol!

Although the beach is nice and sandy, it is definitely too crowded: some sunbeds are so close that I cannot even understand how somebody could get some tan on them. Moreover, probably because of the many (and uneducated) people visiting, there is a lot of...More

The sea is beautiful but the beach itself is narrow very crowded and covered in cigarette ends. 'Sand' is more like grit and is not pleasant to walk on. One of the worst beaches I have been to, prefer further up the coast at kalithea.
