With its white and smooth sand, it's the perfect beach to visit for a little swimming :) Known as one of the locations of The Rainbow Troops movie, you will find it just the same. It's really nice and peaceful beach.

Spectacular views from the white sandy beaches of granite boulders immersed in the turquoise blue waters. Every view is photogenic. Sample the local food at the stalls outside the beach and definitely the tender coconut water (Kelapa). Trip to paradise

Yes there is a beach - you can definitely bring your kids I would say? Although I am not a parent myself but the water is in a lot of places knee depth :) Just don't go to far in the sea.
