This centre is fantastic - it's a great cause, it's non-profit and the experience itself is pretty special. With that said, I think a few more educational points on the penguins would have been nice. You're advised to arrive about an hour before the penguins...More

We visited outside of peak season, and the centre was still bustling and had queues. It is well managed, however. It is not a cheap visit for families, and we opted for the Penguins-Plus entry, which was the mid-prices option. And to be honest, all...More

After reading the reviews, I decided to go with the Penguin Plus. There were two to three rangers checking if people had phone or cameras, and thankfully everyone followed instructions. Best seats were to the right near the beach where you can see the little...More

This is the best place to see penguins up close. This is a well organised event where every visitor can get a good view of the penguins coming ashore & then visitors can walk along the boardwalk watching the penguins find their way back to...More

First of all, this is a must do if you are in Victoria. Mainly because its hard to see these penguins anywhere else and they are beautiful animals. The best spot to sit is in the last, that way you dont have to wait a...More

It was well worth the wait in the cold to see the little penguins waddle up to their burrows. I would strongly suggest to not only wear a jacket and beanie but to bring a blanket too. It gets very cold out especially where the...More

I love penguins so this was one of my most favorite things we did on our Australia trip! After reading some reviews, we decided to spend extra and get the Penguin's Plus ticket instead of the General Admission ticket. With the Penguin's Plus ticket, you...More

really enjoyed this tour. Got to see some koalas up close and pet/feed some kangaroos and wallabys. Roger our guide was the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Really easy to hear while on the bus. Highly recommend. Ask for Rrrrroger!

This was one of the main reasons we came to Phillip Island. The visitor centre was interesting with lots to read and a few hands on attractions for younger visitors. We made our way down to the beach early to get a spot at the...More

Pass is good for the same day and anyway the penguins are not around during the day time. They are out fishing and are only back when the sun sets. Alternatively, there are some penguins at St Kilda's Pier, which is open to... More

My understanding is that there are different combination passes to see multiple attractions. The key recommendation that I would have is to choose Penguins Plus as the penguin ticket. Hope this helps.
