One of the best shopping mall in Sungai Petani with a CMart Premium attached. Most of the international food franchises can be found in the mall, including a GSC cinema.

There is also a small exhibition center at the mall.

You will also find a lot of promotions happening especially on weekends.

Parking is ample - both covered and open.

The mall is located near to office. So, convenient for lunch. However, many F&B outlets are under renovation. Most of the cafe prices are equivalent to KL price. Not much varieties or outlets to shop. Selected fashion attires can be seen. Since it is school holidays, can see many families and young couples around grabbing good deal offers. But, the public toilets wasn’t clean, pipes are faulty and no tissue or dryer.

This mall houses almost everything for everyone. Ground floor has telecommunications stores Maxis, Fifi, Celcom, Switch, Oppo and other small mobile phone booths. Shoppers can dine in Manhattan fish market, Ayam Penyet, Blackwood cafe, Merrybrown fried chicken, Just Bread Bakery, and kopitiam. Fashion and optical shops are also available. 1st floor houses a supermarket, MPH bookstore, watch shop, Watson's and other local fashion shops and booths. 2nd floor houses cinema, bowling alley, karaoke center, food court and more small shops and booths. Target groups: middle to lower middle income earners and students. A nice place to unwind after finishing your assignments and test. Get together for a movie or a game of bowling with friends or family. Beware of imitation goods. If the price of a branded item is too cheap, you know why.

Went there during a business trip. There was really nothing much in the mall. Almost 70% of the stores are selling gadgets accessories which are priced lower than usual.

There was an arcade area as well as a bowling centre.

Presently, this is the biggest mall in town. Restaurants, Shopping, Cinema, Games, Karaoke and many more are all under one roof. Maybe this is the main factor why this is the most happening mall in Sungai Petani. My favorite is GSC Cinema at the upper level, then Subway and Chatime also at the same level. Apart from these places, the Korean food, video games, karaoke and Cafetaria are also on the upper level. Should you need IT gadgets or Telcos, they are all at the ground level. Second level is the shopping mall, CMart Premium, descent prices for most of it stuffs. But dont expect to find high end types of goods/boutiques. This is not Suria KLCC nor Queensbay Mall nor Johor Premium Outlets.

i think its the largest shopping complex in town. has a cinema, supermarket, and pretty much what u would expect from a shoppimg complex. only thing that sucks and beyond its control is that the cinema is CLOSED ON THURSDAY BY ORDER OF THE KEDAH STATE GOVT. go figure.

A considerably new mall in SP just beside toll utara. There's ample parking lot in and outside the mall. Used to go there for movie only. There isn't much renowned shops to walk around.

Coming from the centre of Peninsular Malaysia where the city life is, studying in Sg Petani can be a tad bit lifeless. Thankfully nearing the end of my studies here, Amanjaya Mall succesfully opened.

You name it; new and polished GSC cinemas, gaming arcade, Balinese spa, hair salon with mani and pedicure services, grocery shopping, Switch, a long line of food chain stores, boutiques for both men and women, toy stores, MPH bookstores, aaaand more food stalls :) (no bowling alley, sorry)

Not very urban-ish as KL can be but it's ample.
Downside though, is the number of roofed-car park spaces. During weekends, your baby (I mean your cars) will just have to settle for the sun.
