I visited this area many a times. Every time, I find it very green and refreshing. You can go on top and see the Laguna lake and whole Los Banos town. You must see the magnetic hills road.

There are so many places to walk in the woods - from the botanical gardens, flat rocks, or mud springs. The road to mud springs is now paved and a great bike ride. Just be prepared to get rained on now and then.

We did a traverse from Sto.Tomas to UPLB. trails are signposted enough to notice. Trekking Guides are very friendly and courteous. Be prepared for forest leeches (limatik) that every now and then one should check their bodies. And also the trail is so muddy that...More
