Great beach

Go through Entrada and turn at La Anafe rest. Sign. Beautiful beach for walking. Food at La Anafe is not great but OK. Cervezas are cold.

This beach connects to the local river. I have a dog and he loved to run around in the chill water and run into the waves. Sometimes the waves are too strong and he gets super tired. This beach is perfect for that because my dog can drink water from the river. If you go during the week there's hardly... More

During the week you will have the beach all to yourself but on Sundays you will have around 1500 people partying and having a good time. The small food shacks will be open for business serving all sorts of delicious food. The beach is full of friendly and welcoming locals who might invite you to join in the fun. A... More

this has the two worlds lovers : beach and river. The beach (at least when i went) was a little brave but your can take a bath, in the river part is a nice place to stay, you will love it, for children you must have a eye on them for safety.

When to this beach while touring the Cabrera-Rio San Juan area. Great public beach it's also called Arroyo Salado. The river meets the beach and the landscape it's just spectacular. One of the cleanest beaches I've been, it was sunday and there weren't many people around . I didn't stay much cause I visiting every beach in Cabrera that day... More

Great beach. Usually just locals. Never crowded. There is a new restaurant there now. Small, but good food.

An area of exceptional natural and unspoilt beauty. If you carry on past the first beach you come to an even more beautiful beach with beach kiosques.

I say this having lived in Las Terrenas, and Las Galeras for over two years. La Entrada Beach takes a backseat to no beach in the entire Dominican Republic. During the week is basically deserted, not so on weekends or holidays. Beautiful palm trees, gentle slope into the water. Great swimming. Worth any effort it is to locate. Numerous small... More

Location: Close to town and Manny's (a really cool restaurant / bar to check out) Staff: We were greeted with a host (not sure if it’s because we took the hotel shuttle) who gets you chairs (only cost a few US dollars) and food. Atmosphere: La Entrada Beach (aka Playa de Boca as some called it) was our favorite and... More

Nice small town close to cabrera. Small restaurants, fresh seafood and low prices, very friendly people, no crime. Beach is quiet most times. Lake dudu is gorgeous, not a tourist trap. Great for family retreat. Unlike the al inclusive monsters in punta cana...
