The church is very interesting from architectural aspect:all "prints" of earlier rebuilding can be seen - inside enjoyable paintings.

We have to keep reminding ourselves of the beauty and amazing artworks we are seeing as we enter each church. This is a lovely church worth visiting if you are in Spello, one can easily start taking this beauty for granted as there are just...More

As I hadn't researched Spello in advance, I was taken by surprise when I entered this rather plain-looking church and discovered such an ornate and beautiful interior. Clearly the pride and joy is the small chapel containing the Pinturicchio frescoes and they are certainly worth...More

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but terrific statues and frescos inside. Can photograph the statues, but not the main fresco. Small, but very much worth a visit.

This church has important paintings by Pinturicchio and Perugino. I'll just keep writing to reach 100 characters. There.

A somewhat bland exterior conceals a wonderful interior, full of beautiful paintings and frescoes. The Baglioni chapel is the undoubted highlight, where you can spend several minutes surrounded by Pinturicchio's world-famous frescoes. We managed to spend 25 minutes in the chapel, thanks to a steady...More

The Baglioni Chapel is simply stunning: distilled beauty, the kind of which you only seldom get to lay your eyes on.

There is a flat, new section of the city at the base of the hill. Find parking there. You might be able to find parking at the very top, and walk down.
