It could have been an ordinary tourist trap, but it was a great experience!
The organization is perfect, the excursion incredible for the unique experience of being in a real submarine. But the underwater depths full of fish around the wrecks guarantee a spectacle! It's a very rare experience to have, so it would be a shame to miss out on it. Especially since the spectacle is almost guaranteed even if we do not see all the fish presented in the brochure.
To fully appreciate it you have to take the headphones and listen to the comments in our language.
We can have souvenir photos for a reasonable price of €8.

As a family of 8, we had a great time on the submarine dive. An experience we won't forget. Unfortunately, the trip was spoilt due to a delay in the return transport. Whilst i fully understand that this is beyond your control, the fact we had to stand in the searing heat of 27 degrees and full sun for 40 minutes waiting for the coach was not acceptable. We were led to the pickup point by a member of staff to an area with absolutely no seats anywhere and had to take refuge standing in the shade offered by a parked van. We weren't kept updated by the member of staff who waited with us. I have mobility problems, but it wasn't just me as everyone was struggling. It was such a shame. I feel it could have been avoided if we hadn't been taken to the pick-up point until the coach was there, and at a very minimum, seats and shade should have been available.

Many thanks for taking the time to give us a review. Normally 25 min past the hour our clients should be ready to walk back to the bus. The meeting point is outside our office, so people can wait in our air conditioned reception area or outside in the shade. On this particular day, the bus had a breakdown and was coming in late. After calling the bus company, we were informed the bus was going to arrive in 5 minutes. so we walked the clients back to the bus parking area to meet the bus. The bus didn't arrive until 15 - 20 minutes later. We are very sorry for this. This was an isolated incident which we thank you for bringing to our attention. Many thanks for pointing this out for us, we have learned and will insure this will not happen again.

This was a first for my family and it was such a unique experience. We arrived at the marina via taxi, but there also is a bus provided by the company.
Once there, we watched a safety video and made our way down to the submarine. We were talked through everything as we took our seats and were accompanied out of the harbour by a safety boat.
The decent into the water was very gentle and there was an abundance of fish that followed us throughout the excursion. We saw a few shipwrecks, an eagle ray and an octopus, happily chilling on a rock. The crew were very friendly and answered any questions we had.
It really is something very different to do and I highly recommend it.

We were so looking forward to this trip as it was my birthday, but sadly we were sat next to a toddler (probably 2 at most) who screamed all the way through the trip. All 50 minutes of it. I feel there should be an age limit on things like this. We paid €118 and it was torture from start to finish. We weren't able to enjoy it at all which is sad and a total waste of money
I think all those poor people who paid such a lot of hard earned money should be partly refunded.

Hi, We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience the noise may have caused. We try our best at all times to ensure children behave but in todays sensitive world we are unable to instruct parents on the behaviour of their children whilst onboard. This is the first time we have had this type of complaint and we are sorry to say is not considered a refundable cause as it would be if you were on an aircraft.
Please note The minimum age to board our submarine is two years old

The excursion departing from Playa Bianca: departure 11:20 a.m., reception ok, 1 hour tour of hotels, arrival 12:30 p.m.: briefing with an angry little mustachioed gentleman who gives the instructions in rapid English. We understand that meeting at 12:55 p.m. for safety instructions. About 1 hour of submarine, a few breeds of fish, 3 boats stranded then departure again with rushed reception for drop-off at the hotels, arrival 3:15 p.m.…

Bonjour Ocahors, nous sommes toujours déçus de voir un avis 1 étoile sur notre page Tripadvisor. Nous travaillons dur pour nous assurer que nos clients apprécient l'expérience que nous leur offrons, depuis le moment où ils sont pris en charge jusqu'au moment où ils reviennent à leur hébergement. Le service de prise en charge est gratuit et, selon l'hôtel où vous séjournez, le transfert peut durer de 30 minutes à un peu plus d'une heure. D'après l'heure de prise en charge, il semble que vous ayez été l'un des premiers clients à être pris en charge. La plongée dure une heure, embarquement compris, et il reste ensuite 30 minutes pour profiter du port de plaisance et regarder les photos avant le retour du bus. En résumé, il s'agit d'une courte demi-journée. Nous sommes désolés que vous ne l'ayez pas appréciée.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip in the submarine, its something different and was actually better than I thought. Very clean spacious, plenty of fish to see and a shipwreck which was fascinating. The tour lasts about 40 minutes under water. All in all a great day out for the price

Good experience for all ages. Can get some great photos, found quite relaxing. Informative narration with headphones in different languages. If my 2 boys now men were younger they would have loved it.

By far the best adventure I have ever had. I was scared stiff before the dive and afterwards I just wanted to do it again. The fish and shipwrecks were absolutely jaw dropping....the submarine got so close that you could see all the details. The fish were a sight to behold. It was so calm and relaxing under water. I felt like I was in a giant fishtank, it really is a wonderful experience . Honestly do this dive you will never forget it!

Great to here you enjoyed the experience Scarletta and good to hear you overcame your initial fears. Many of our clients are nervous at first. Unlike the aircraft our clients arrive to Lanzarote in, there is no pressure (ear popping) turbulence, take off or landing. The submarine is very stable. Clients who normally suffer from motion sickness on boats will be ok on our submarine as it moves very slowly under the water, powered by electric motors with very little movement. Anyone over the age of 2 and capable of climbing down the ladders featured in this video can enjoy a dive to 30m with us. The cabin is spacious, we seat 44 passengers and is maintained at normal atmospheric conditions, so pregnant women, heart patients and persons with ear problems will not be affected in any way.

Well organised trip, nice experience in a safe and comfortable environment. As soon as we were seated in the submarine, fish swimming past the window. Short trip but we did see shipwrecks, barracudas plenty of bass varieties, overall nice experience and worth the money.

We were a party of 14, from 6yrs to 82yrs. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend. Definitely a highlight of the holiday. We weren't sure how much we would see, or if it would feel claustrophobic, but it really is a brilliant set up. Very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and helpful (both the staff in the shop and on the sub)
